This presentation is about the “best of the best” processes for project managers. It will highlight three topics:

- Proactive Risk
- Change Management Soft Skills
Tom Sheffrey has over 40 years experience in the IT, construction, and petroleum industries. Currently he works in the oil and gas industry as a quality expert and knowledge management specialist. He has a Master of Science in Project Management and MBA degrees. He is certified with PMI as a PMP and a PMI-SP; with ASQ as a CMQ/OE and CQA; with AACEI as a PSP, CEP, and CCC; and he is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has written a book on PMP exam prep (published by Wiley and Sons) and writes articles for magazines on process and continuous improvement.
